The 5-5-5 Method is a type of manifestation technique that also involves written (scripted) affirmations. As the name implies, during this method, you will write your affirmation 55 times per day for 5 days in a row. Writing your affirmation this many times per day gives you the chance to really focus on it and to get “into the flow,” and to visualize your outcome while you are writing.
If you are the kind of person who responds to the number 5 in your life (meaning, in your life you often look up at the clock when it is 5:55, or you have lived in a lot of places where the address includes the number 5), this might be the manifesting method for you!
Some people do not like this method at all because they find it overly repetitive and tedious. I personally find it totally soothing and have seen some amazing results from using this method. Just try doing this in a notebook for five days to see if this is the method for you, and if you love it, get a journal like this one, which has more guided steps and numbered lines so you don’t have to stop and count them up.
