Some people are “morning people,” and I envy them. It seems like they wake up in a good mood, just chock full of positive thoughts and serotonin. Personally, this is something I have to work on. If you are one of those people, you are probably not reading this right now because you are not on the internet looking for affirmations (ha!).
Personally, I’m a night person who does not wake up in a great mood, so it is really helpful for me to have a list of affirmations to grab in the morning, especially since it takes my brain a couple of hours to officially wake up and get productive.
Here are some affirmations to use for the morning.

You can easily write your own affirmations! Take a look at your goals, envision what you want out of the day, then boil it down to a single sentence that starts with “I am” or “I have.”
