The 3-3-3 Method is manifestation technique that involves repeatedly writing your affirmations down over a specific period of time. As the name implies, during this method, you will write your affirmation 33 times per day for 3 days in a row. Writing your affirmation this many times per day gives you the chance to really focus on it and to get “into the flow,” and to visualize your outcome while you are writing.
This is the journal we like for this exercise. It is helpful because it has you write your goals down, do a scripting exercise, create an affirmation, then do the actual writing of it 33 times a day. The numbered lines make it much easier to get into the flow and focus on your goals, which help to activate the 17 second rule.
