What is the 5-5-5 Method?

The 5-5-5 Method is a different type of manifestation technique that also involves written affirmations.  As the name implies, during this method, you will write your affirmation 55 times per day for 5 days in a row.  Writing your affirmation this many times per day gives you the chance to really focus on it and to get “into the flow,” and to visualize your outcome while you are writing.

You will then write that affirmation 55 times per day for five days.   If you are the kind of person who responds to the number 5 in your life (meaning, in your life you often look up at the clock when it is 5:55, or you have lived in a lot of places where the address includes the number 5), this might be the manifesting method for you!
